My journey in the electrical industry began over 25 years ago at Zest Electric Motors, where I built a strong foundation in electric motor technology. Starting at entry level, I worked my way through the ranks to internal sales, gaining extensive technical knowledge and practical experience. This led to an opportunity in external sales, where I worked closely with clients to understand their operations and provide effective motor solutions.
Driven by a passion for innovation, I transitioned into industrial automation, expanding my expertise in electrical control systems, motor control centres (MCCs), PLCs, SCADA systems, and plant automation. Through continuous learning and hands-on experience, I developed a comprehensive understanding of everything from simple starter control boxes to complex control systems, including component selection, protection, control philosophy, and electrical design.
